REFUND POLICY

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within one week of receiving the item.

Conditions for Exchange:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Damaged items are eligible for exchange only, within 48 hrs of recieving item; no refunds will be issued for custom orders.

Exchanging Gift Sets: you can exchange scent and color of gift sets from an item that is in-stock with one week of item purchase. All items must be in original condition to qualify for exchange .

Custom Orders: All custom orders are final. No exchanges are allowed once the item is delivered.

Inspection Period:

You must inspect your order upon receipt.
If you find any issues, contact us within 48 hours to arrange for replacements.
